That "distribution system” is more “socialism"than "communism”, Perhaps it would be prudent to revisit the definitions of both. In a PERFECT WORLD – no one would go without basic needs. But IMPERFECT HUMANS designing such a system tend to “think of themselves more highly than they ought” – and so take for themselves (as the Communist system did) essentially “the first fruits”. They also cancelled “GOD”. And massacred those who did not play by “their rules” (though in recent verses you have considered, it seems God did the same thing) Not sure I will ever understand all of that !
